12 February 2014:  Sponsorship of NI Dressage Champs

Lovely thank you note from AMDG received today:

To our generous supportive Sponsors.  We would just like to say…

Without your support our show would never have eventuated, but it did happen, and it was excellent!

If I didn’t physically meet you last weekend, I apologise, but I hope you were well looked after and enjoyed watching some brilliant dressage, especially on Saturday night!

Now everything is over, our grounds look very empty without the excitement of your banners, signs and tents and the clubrooms empty without all the people!

So from myself, Julie and the committee, I say ‘thanks’ and we look forward to perhaps working with you again in the future.

Many many thanks
Nicola Essex (Event CO), Julie Malcolm (Sponsorship CO) and the Committee of AMDG

19 November 2013: Delighted to Sponsor AMDG Annual Team Challenge Trophy

This event involved teams of 4 selected from financial members of each area dressage group, including at least one young rider and we were delighted to sponsor this category.  We have enjoyed a great working relationship with AMDG and look forward to building an additional 6 covered yards and 6 stallion boxes for them in the very near future.

18 November 2013: Harrison Lane sponsors L1 & 2 Amateur Championship at the Auckland Manukau Festival of Dressage

Harrison Lane was proud to be a sponsor of this amateur class at the AMDG Festival of Dressage this year, as we recognise how important it is for all levels of the sport to receive support and know that without funding from sponsorships many events would be unable to proceed.  We were delighted to receive this acknowledgement from Anna Pountney:
Dear Laura and Team,
I would like to thank Harrison Lane for sponsoring the Level 1 Amateur classes at the Auckland Manukau Festival of Dressage. I was the Level 1 Amateur Reserve Champion and I really appreciate your sponsorship. The sash was gorgeous and has already been hung on my wall along with the beautiful Harrison Lane rosettes that I won throughout the weekend.  As a newcomer to the sport I have found the lower levels are often dominated by top level riders so having an amateur award is greatly appreciated.
Thanks again,

Anna Pountney and Famke Fan E Boskranne ( my horse!)

June 2011: Laura Daly joins the Harrison Lane Team in Sales!

Joining the team just in time for Fieldays, Laura Daly has brought a wealth of equestrian experience to the Harrison Lane design and construction team.  A competitive rider and horse lover, Laura came to NZ six years ago from Oxfordshire in the UK, where she had been riding since the age of nine.  Having worked in stables in both the UK and NZ, Laura has a good understanding of the practical needs of horses and what makes an equestrian facility functional.  Before joining the Econobuilt team, Laura was a Farm Manager for an equestrian property running a team of ‘A’ grade show jumpers and clients’ horses.
You can talk to Laura about any projects you are considering, by calling her on 021 722 578  or emailing
