“Many thanks for your kind and generous sponsorship of prizemoney for the Para championship at the Auckland Manukau Dressage Premier League Championship this weekend.
My horse Bear (I Romulus) and I won all three of our Grade V para tests, resulting in 3rd in the overall para championship. He is a superb schoolmaster in that he never says ‘no’, but I have to ask/ride correctly, he doesn’t give anything away!
It has been a steep learning curve for me to ride the para Grade V tests, but an exciting journey, and I am so very appreciative of being part of such a positive and support group of people. I love the para attitude of being grateful for what we can do, rather than being bitter about what we can’t do.”
